Before founding Studio Brinsmade, Dusty spent over a decade mastering the relationship between precision, movement, and spatial awareness as an elite international figure skater competing for Team USA. That innate understanding of how bodies interact with physical space became the foundation for his transition into high-end residential interior design.

With a background in formal interior design training and deep industry experience managing major multi-story residential renovations, Dusty approaches every project as a balance of functional beauty and curated luxury. His design philosophy is rooted in color theory, meticulous space planning, and the creation of bespoke environments that feel deeply personal.
